Refund/Return Policy

※ Due to product quality issues or incorrect items, returns or exchanges are required without any cost

※ Quality issues: Clothing damaged within 15 days of wear or after 3 washes, shoes with sole separation or damage within 90 days; color difference or damage upon receipt of the product;

※ Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons require a handling fee:

The following are the charging standards and policies in Taiwan:

  • For 2 items or less, just return the product without any additional cost
  • For 3-5 items, a fee of 50 HKD will be charged
  • For 6 items or more, a fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged (if below 100 HKD, a fee of 100 HKD will be charged);

Return and exchange policy:

◎ Exchange process: Receive the package → Please submit an exchange request to customer service (within the 7-day appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the exchange process → You send out the exchange product → Customer service sends out the exchange package

◎ Refund process: Receive the package → Please submit a refund request to customer service (within the 7-day appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the refund process → You send out the return product → Customer service processes the refund (credit card & PayPal payments will be refunded via the original payment method, service fees will be deducted)

 

※ If you return the product for exchange without contacting customer service, the Retro Workwear team will not process it.

※ Malicious returns and refunds will result in purchase restrictions, please understand

※ No secondary exchanges are supported, all costs incurred from secondary exchanges must be borne by the buyer (199 NT$ in Taiwan, 50 HK$ in Hong Kong)
